Soy Kebab?

I bought some soy kebab today, just to try it, but I have no idea how to cook it. It is dried, looks like some kind of weird pasta. Has anybody tried it?

Do you mean dried beancurd sticks?

If so, just Google 'dried beancurd' or 'tofu skin' and you should get lots of recipes

I just reconstituted mine with hot water for 5 minutes and then cooked it in a stew.

I did something similar and put them on top of pasta. It tuned out surprizingly good, for a bad chef like me.
