I just put this together and thought it was such an amazing combination!
1/2 cup french lentils (that keep their shape)
1/2 cup orange lentils (cook down)
Cook in 2 cups water-not sure of time, I kept adding minutes.
Added 1 teaspoon curry and 1 teaspoon tureric towards end of cooking
Cooked diced potatoes and chopped carrots together.
Sauteed onions, red pepper, and celery.
Served with a wedge of lemon squeezed over, and a generous dollop of soy yogurt.
