Spicy Teriyaki Lemon Tofu Stir Fry - VeggieBoards

The name is pretty random, I couldn't think of one, my mom likes to call it "vegan crap" so you could go with that if you like lol

Spray large pan with Crisco or olive oil, dice tofu block into medium cubes and throw them in the pan, after they start to sizzle a bit add soy sauce and a generous amount of lemon juice, salt, pepper, crushed red pepper. Cut up some green onion, green & red bell peppers, and tomato (I like tomato, it makes the tofu taste amazing) add them to the mix, fry until everything starts to brown, You could add some mushrooms if you like, I don't normally have any. Once the sides of the tofu are pretty brown it's ready to eat! I don't measure anything out, just a little bit of everything, lemon juice evaporates fast so I use a little more of that. Hope you enjoy I'll upload a picture tonight after I make it for dinner.

PS It would probably be pretty tasty on top of some rice

Mm this sounds amazing! i have a hard time when it comes to seasoning tofu i could never think of the right things to put on it. & paired with rice yum! lol
ill be waiting for that picture ;}

uhhh! i think its the bell peppers that really get me. they're so good. i'm definitely trying this recipe soon.

Thanks, the tofu came out perfect, not too brown, but not raw.
