Exclamation Most Chipotle meals have 1,000 calories and almost a full day’s worth of sodium

The typical order at Chipotle has about 1,070 calories. That’s more than half of the calories that most adults are supposed to eat in an entire day. The recommended range for most adults is between 1,600 and 2,400.

I'm sure you'd be able to customize the order to have less calories.

I've never been to Chipotle, but here are a couple items I customized on their website the way I would eat them:
Burrito: Sofritas, brown rice, black beans, and fajita vegetables - 785 calories
Burrito Bowl: Sofritas, brown rice, pinto beans, fajita vegetables, fresh tomato salsa - 500 calories

From what I've heard, the meal sizes at Chipotle are quite big, so no need to add any sides.

But they have sofritas and guac. So I don't care. Though most restaurants use way more salt than I do at home, their food doesn't seem as salty to me as Taco Hell and other places that have vegan options.

A vegan option high in calories can be a good thing in moderation as many new vegans make the mistake of literally not eating enough...Obviously people need to be sensible though...

I wish we had Chipotle in my country. Bulking would be so much easier.

Currently eating 3500 calories a day, so getting so many in one meal would be great.

Meh, as long as you're not eating it everyday and eat healthy otherwise, it's not a huge deal. My favorite meal from there is about 700-900 calories. I don't count calories, I care more about nutrients.
