Tips for taking a Spin class

Hi All . . I'm a certified spin instructor and have been teaching classes for almost 5 years. I'm also a writer (and a vegetarian) so thought I'd combine that and write an article about taking your first spin class. It is really an exercise class for everyone. It's low impact, can be very intense, and honestly, the music is the best part. Here is the article I wrote on this subject in case you are interested in trying out a spin class.

This is perfect and perfect timing- I am looking at my first spin class soon,

I go to a 24 hour gym and they have some spin classes on video so I can do it on my own , for now, but am interested in it.

I ride the stationary bike and ride a bike around town( commuting-not really training)...Looking forward to some burn in a spin.
