I have always been a huge runner, but as age has crept up on me, I have noticed that running alone is no longer sufficient to keep the weight off. Don't get me wrong, I am pretty slim but I am heavier than the svelte man I used to be. So as I have no time to integrate more running or other workouts into my session, I have recently started using a protein powder known as Phd BodySculpt.
I personally use it for breakfast and lunch Mon-Fri, and take weekends off. I have been using it for two weeks now and the weight is dropping off, even though there wasn't much to lose.
And of course it is suitable for Vegetarians.
Sometimes there's so much beauty in the world, I feel like I can't take it.
