Thumbs down Ridiculous farming laws...

I've always thought this whole issue regarding the mistreatment of animals in the farming industry is ridiculous. I literally don't understand how animal abuse is illegal when we're talking about adorable dogs and cats, but pigs, cows, chickens, etc don't matter? How is this not animal abuse that should fall under the abuse laws? It's ridiculous what corporations get away with.
