The last thing I ate was six squares of dark chocolate last night. Currently I am drinking my coffee and in a bit I am going to have raisin spice Kashi oatmeal with soymilk and fiber one cereal for breakfast. Yum!

mmm homemade pita...

I tried that once, didn't turn out like real pita, but then I don't have a wood oven.

Maybe I just don't bake so well.

Homemade tortillas, that's what I need.

I had to read that twice. The first time, I thought it might be some of that George Clooney tofu.

My thirteen year old son made these on his own, they were quite good.

Veggie "beef" skewers with chipotle BBQ (they don't taste BBQ-ey or spicy/smoky like chipotles, but they're really good) and loaded mashed potatoes. That was breakfast.
