D'OH!
I've have a huge bottle of Worcestershire Sauce for a longtime.
So, the other day I was making some Onion Gravy which includes the sauce.
And I put a teaspoon of it in the pan, later tasted it and was very salty. yuk!
Checked the ingredients and found it has anchovies. double yuk!!
Sigh. I didn't have enough ingredients to make a new batch without it.
Anyone know if there's a veggie version of Worcestershire sauce around,
or at least an equivalent that I could use in it's place?
