Yeah, tofurky is better than the celebration roast....I didn't care for the celebration roast much. Not a huge fan of tofurky either...I'm trying my own seitan turkey this year! Can't wait!
In the UK Redwoods do a great Cheatin' Celebration Roast, consisting of sliced veggie 'turkey' and sausages wrapped in veggie bacon rashers as well as gravy. I have been having them for Christmas Dinner for the past few years and they are fabulous!
I find the size of the Celebration Roast to be a bit disappointing for something like Thanksgiving. I usually use it to make sandwiches with.
