I am trying to determine which is a better form of carbohydrate - whole wheat pasta or brown rice. I am leaning towards brown rice. What do you think?

I'm not sure about the nutritional/carb/caloric differences, but I definately like the TASTE (and texture) of brown rice better than that of whole wheat pasta.

I think brown rice is better nutritionally... just cause it's automatically natural and pasta actually has to be made into pasta, though it is whole wheat... but for carbohydrate, I'd suggest pasta because of its high GI rate.
