I have a jar of stale almonds that I don't have the heart to just throw them away. Does anyone know how to make them "ripe" again?

I would try toasting them in the oven for a bit and see if that works. Or maybe you could grind them up with sugar and make almond paste for almond paste cookies. I think as long as they aren't rancid, they might be savable.

If they're old, they might be rancid and in that case they're not good for you anyhow.
