I bought a case of this and it is great! My Mom has been drinking it instead of regular milk and it is really good with a PB and J. This morning I had it over homemade Cranberry Almond Granola, mmmm. It is Costco's house brand and I think that it was like $12.00 for a case (4 cup tetra-packs). It even says on the package NON-GMO soybeans. Everyone should try it! I have also noticed that they carry Dr. Pragers Burgers, Amy's Shells and Cheese, Cedarlane Burritos, Wheat Pasta and sauce kits, they have a lot more vegetarian options there than what I remembered from my last visit.

There's several "Costco" threads here on VB, but it's good to keep updated, they are adding more things.

Don't know where you're located, but our Costco has Boca burgers, several Morningstar Farms items (I know, not vegan ) as well as huge tubs of hummus!

Off topic but...I was just at my Mom's last night - she had this big tub of Costco hummus and didn't know what to do with it - she said "Show me how you use that stuff, I know vegans eat it, so it must be pretty good, I just don't know what to do with it..."

I normally buy the Silk Vanilla Soy Milk.. and it sells. I dont know if my costco in so cal have Kirkland brand. Will check it out soon.

They also sell vegan burgers too which is not too bad, tastes really good in italian bread with mild salsa, lettuce and avocados.

I heard that the kirkland is rebranded silk. I can't confirm this, does anyone else know?

The one that I buy at Costco's is their housebrand, Kirkland and it is made by Silk, seems like the same stuff to me.

I don't like the vanilla for drinking so much, I find it a little too sweet, but for coffee, smoothies or for something like pancakes or muffins it is great.

You can't beat the price and to have a stock of it in the pantry...

TNS, you have the most atypical veg parents.

I was just reading an article about the kirkland brand soy milk... it has an ingredient called carrageenan, which is apparently a know human carcinogen.

The opposite appears to be true.

"In-long term bioassays, carrageenan has not been found to be carcinogenic, and there is no credible evidence supporting a carcinogenic effect or a tumor-promoting effect on the colon in rodents."
