Smile How to make your smoothie healthier!?

Do you have any insight into food combining? A fruit - vegetable combo is very detrimental to a practicing food combiner, not that there are many. Most people are tolerant to such combinations unless they have spent the time to break from them. I think that most people don't know the difference and they don't even know because of lack of education that there is a difference. But there really is. I'm saying this because I cannot eat bad combined foods.
Really impressive, excellent video making by the way.

It is interesting. It can be experienced. The difference in how different combinations provide great energy and how some (of the same food) will cause low energy and stress. And we can grow into it in sensitivity.

That's a great tips. I make my smoothie healthier by combining one or two fruit or veggie ingredients. I don't usually follow an order.
