I am pretty sure I heard something bad about this... but I cant seem to find any info on it... can someone help me in my search? I think it was something regarding the process... or the fact that this has naturally occuring trans-fats... that arn't created from hydrogination... but I could be completely wrong... I just can't find any info on this. thanks in advance.

Palm oil is one of the few oils that doesn't need to be 1. cold or 2. artificially hydrogenated to be solid at room temperature. I don't think it has to do with trans-fats, jsut the fact that palm oil is one of the unheathiest oils out there
