I was wondering if the 2 waffle serving meets daily Omega 3 requirements. Anyone know?

It's optimal to get about 1000 mg of omega 3's daily, and that would be about a tablespoon or two of the flax oil. You would have to eat way too many waffles to get that much. But, the flax seeds that are in the waffles are a good source of fiber.

The waffles I've seen with Flax have about 1000mg of Omega 3, FYI.
