I have some Nate's vegan meatballs that I want to have with bbq sauce. I would like to do them in the slow cooker with the sauce but am afraid they might fall apart. Anyone cook their vegan meatballs in a slow cooker?

I also suspect they would fall apart. But they don't take long to cook in a regular pan. Just put them in a pan with a bit of oil to brown, then add your sauce. It shouldn't take more than a few minutes.

Thanks. They are expensive so I don't want to ruin them.

I make a slow cooker spaghetti & meatballs with both Nate's and Trader Joe's (I suspect they are the same thing) and yes, they do get crumbly, BUT if you limit the cooking time (i.e. cook it on high for a couple of hours instead of all day on low) and are careful when you stir, they will hold together well enough to make it do-able.
