I've been having issues with Vegweb for the past couple months. Their site seems to constantly be getting attacked with malware and trojans. The minute they have it all cleared out it gets infected again. Just googling the name of the site now brings up several warnings from my Anti virus programs. During the times that it does seem clear there seems to be other issues going on (sign in problems, lagging issues, site navigation issues, etc). Their facebook page confirms that several other people have also been experiencing these things for awhile now also.

Just wanted to give everyone a head's up to proceed with caution when visiting their site.

Thanks, fadeaway. Have you spoken to the people who run vegweb as well?

Anytime I think I'm perfect, I remember that my cousin lives on an island, and I've never walked over to visit her.

I've always had problems with the site and the few recipes I tried off it didn't come out very well. So, I personally never use vegweb anymore.

Yes they will have it fixed and then within a short time it gets hacked again. I have just given up on trying for now.

I have never had issues with their recipes before. I also always check all the comments on the recipes which I find extremely helpful at times since many people will alter the ingredients to make the recipe better.

I've noticed that too.

I love VegWeb recipes and forums, but they've been down for ages it seems. At least, I'm not willing to risk continuing onto their site when my browser says I shouldn't...
So looking around for a recipe (for something to do with dry lima beans), I found veggieboards.
Hi all!

I am going to block that website to my browsers , matter in fact I am going to get phsycial cookbooks for vegetarian and veg friendly meals. With this way if I run into a problem with a website, I don't have to worry about anything.
