This is what I usually use :3
Club Soda can be used with cake mixes to eliminate the need for eggs AND oil; you get a healthier cake with as delicious and moist of a result as if you use eggs and oil. Just substitute 12oz of club soda per box of "standard sized" cake mix.
Also, the eggs are used to bind the ingredients together, much like they used to be very common for artists to use when they were binding pigments for their paint.
