Mmmm baby! I'm so making this. I love the fact that you can add just about anything. I don't have any ramekins but who cares? I could probably eat about three ramekins worth anyway. Like the site too. Thanks, girl.
I could barely finish one, I had might right after dinner. It was amazing, great with ice cream. That site is awesome. YumSugar, TresSugar, and FitSugar are my favs.

OMG that seitan sandwich looks so amazing!! I am basically drooling over here. I want to attempt to make it.

Kale, mushrooms, onions, and yellow pepper sauteed in some fresh garlic with olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Served it over some quinoa.

Oh wow, that Philly Seitan looks amazing. Steak and cheese is one thing I still crave. If you have the recipe for it that would be awesome.
I really really wish I did. I got that Philly Seitan at a Vegetarian Cafe in Florida. I'm going to see if I can get my hands on their seitan recipe and if they're okay with it, I'll share it with everyone here. It's the best seitan I've ever had. VERY steak like. If I could eat that everyday, I would. Come visit me in Florida, I'll take you

I finally broke out my digital camera to take some food porn of my own! Forgive the bad photography, crappy college florescent lighting, etc. etc...

These are what I call zuke 'zzas. You take a zucchini, slice it up, slather with hummus, then add toppings of choice. This time, I bunged on some feta, tomatoes, and kalamata olives, because that's what I had on hand. YUMMERS! And they're really easy to veganize ... I put on some feta because I have some on hand right now, but they're also great without it.

I was baking this weekend!

Blueberry Lemon Muffins (based on the recipe in JOVB but alter with topping and homemade blueberry jam :) )

Fruit Crumble (JOVB recipe)

Beach Bars (Chef Chloe's Recipe with chocolate graham crackers)

Hubby was a happy man

What do you think ?

Kindest Regards,

I love this idea! i have some yellow squash from my garden, and eggplant from my Mom's, so this is a new idea I could use with those.
