I'm going to my step-sister's for easter and she's making a ham. My step-dad asked if everyone could bring something. No problem, since I want to make sure there's something I can eat. I'll definitely be taking some vegan cookies, but not sure what else. I want it to be something filling in case it's the ONLY thing there I can eat. Like a good casserole or something. I don't usually even celebrate easter so I don't know what kinds of foods are traditional for that type of dinner.

What do you all suggest?

I find pretty good recipes here:

Also, check the recipe section here on the boards.

This one sounds nice and filling.

I make a pretty mean "cheezy" broccoli rice casserole if you're interested.

Good luck!
