Talking Hi everybody, from Chile

Hi, guys, my name is Anggela, I'm 18 years old, I'm new on this page and I wanted to greet everybody.
I am vegetarian, and I want to go vegan soon, I think that every person who is vegan and vegetarian has a place in my heart.
I really love animals and my favorite ones are the pigs.
Please let me know if you want to know something about me and if you could give me some advice, on how to become a successful vegan I would be grateful.
Thank you.

Hola Anggela! Welcome aboard! Good luck on your Vegan journey. There are plenty of Vegans here that can help you along the way. Just ask about anything you want to know

Hi Anggela,

Mercy For Animals has a wonderful Vegetarian (actually vegan) Starter Guide. It summarizes vegan nutrition on page 13, and it includes very simple meal ideas: http://www.mercyforanimals.org/files/VSG.pdf
