Five years ago I was recently divorced from an omnivore who kept everything when I left, living in a tiny apartment, and working at a soul deadening office job. Now I'm engaged to a yummy vegetarian, living in a bigger place with a balcony that faces the lights of the Las Vegas Strip, and working full time in the security industry. In the last few years I've done executive protection, undercover investigations, concert and convention security, movie premieres, and supervised red carpet events in Hollywood, L.A., and Las Vegas. The down side is that now I usually just wear a single black suit or a uniform, so I have six feet of closet space taken up by about twenty suits that I never wear.
I don't shave my head anymore, either. I did that for a few years after my brother died of cancer; now it's either military short or sometimes a crew cut or flat top during the summer. Also my son, who is a tattoo artist, gave me a full sleeve on my left arm. Five days of fun. There's still some coloring to finish but it's about 85-90% done.
Two years of living with a very good cook has put a few pounds around my middle, but the wedding is in four months and I should be back to my fighting weight by then.
Thanks, finally got it finished. The shop is owned by King Ruck, one of the contestants from season 4 of Ink Master.
