Old Guy been mostly Vegan, a little fish now & then, for over 2 years now. Total cholesterol down 120 pts and feel GREAT! Have discovered you can be a fat Vegan though, it just tastes Sooooo Good! Looking to lose 20 lbs in the next year by minding my portions and being more true to the diet.

Talk with you soon!
