Cool Raw summer dinner parties

Hi all. My sister and her family are going to be here starting next Wednesday, and I was wondering what a good, hearty raw meal for at least 20 people would be, please. All hints would be appreciated. Thank you.

Anytime I think I'm perfect, I remember that my cousin lives on an island, and I've never walked over to visit her.

What about a raw mezze?

I made a sprouted hummus once, it was good.

Sprouted chickpeas, nut butter, cold pressed olive oil, garlic, seasoning.

This is the first recipe I landed on in a search:

Raw marinated mushrooms. I've made these too, and they were good. I used soya sauce but if a part of a Mezze you could use more Mediterranean flavours.

Marinated Greek Salad

And here's a raw almond feta to use in it. I've not tried but looks good.

Raw marinara sauce with homegrown tomatoes, basil, onion, and garlic served with zoodles (zucchinis sliced with a spiral slicer) and topped with some brazil nut "Parmesan". Or any kind of sauce you prefer. I recently saw a raw pesto fredo recipe that sounded good, but don't remember exactly where..

Spanish "rice" made with ground cauliflower instead of rice.

Tacos made with romaine lettuce leaves as the shell and soaked walnut "meat" as the filling with tomatoes, lettuce, onion, and maybe some soaked raw cashew "cheese" to top it off with.

Gazpacho soup

Mmmm....now I want to go make some. lol Have fun!!

Okay, I made an experimental raw vegan pad thai. Mmmmmmmmm, scrumptious.
