I'm not an expert, but freezing is the result of a chemical reaction. It's basically the opposite of boiling. Both processes alter the cellular structure of foods. How much nutritional value is lost by freezing, I can't say, but I'm inclined to think foods that are frozen are no longer raw. Even when thawed, they don't return to their unfrozen state.
