raw salad dressings

anyone have recipes for raw salad dressings? I've tried several and don't like them, or what's your other favorite ways to make a salad more interesting?

Lately I've been using the dressing from the Coolslaw recipe in Appetite for Reduction. It's basically cashew nuts, water, vinegar, mustard, onion and salt all blended up to make a thin mayo which works really well with grated winter veg salads (I've mostly been using red cabbage and carrots). I have started adding a couple of spoonfuls of olive oil as well though, as I think it does make a positive difference to the texture of the cabbage.

I don't know if cashews count as strictly raw, but I've made a similar dressing with sunflower/pumpkin seeds as the base and they all work pretty well.

My favorite one is lime avocado dressing.
Ingredients:
1 avocado, pitted, peeled, and chopped
2 tablespoons of lime juice
1 green onion (chopped)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
dash pepper

It tastes excellent
