6 ice cubes
1/2 cup cold, filtered water
Three heaping spoonfuls of plain, low-fat Greek yogurt
A handful of frozen mango chunks
1/2 a banana
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
One pinch of chia seeds
Place all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately!
