The story of Molly is just below. She is now in an animal sanctuary.

Molly IIRC escaped in a town I used to live in.

Edit I looked it up, I recalled correctly.

Just thinking about Molly and think she is just amazing to have done this.
I hope she is living a happy life somewhere out there.

Cool story to share Shyvas !

This bit of comment in the article got me ..

This comment is probably true, as such stories are allowed to be emotionally moving, but perhaps next to nothing actually changes in terms of human behavior. For example, when Molly B escaped, her story made the national news and many might have cheered her survival, but did not stop eating cows.

I am wondering if omnis, somewhere deep in the depths of their meat muddied minds, recognise their own herd mentality and want to be escapees themselves when they emphasise with stories like this.

Awww Clueless - I'm not all alone in this world thanks to you !

Good point. An omni once told me that she would love to give up meat but doesn't have the willpower to do so.

Ooh another story that's made my day!

This is brilliant, GO MOLLY!

Definitely an improvement to this mornings repetitive lecture from colleagues of why I should eat meat.

I hope at least compassionate omni read this and stopped eating animals!

I love my friends. So I don't eat them
I love animals. So I don't eat them either

I agree. Molly is a star.

I wish more cows had her determination and could escape.

Awesome story. Molly rocks!

Cute story!
