i dont have a soy allergy or Chron's, but I have celiac disease, and am a veggie. because of the gut-relation, i try to avoid huge amounts of soy because i don't want it to irritate my stomach. the only soy i eat is in tofu pudding for a snack that i make.
it's not hard to be balanced without soy. since it's not a allergy, and instead a sensitivity, can you still tolerate soy lethicin? i know a lot of celiacs who are soy sensitive, but can still have that.
do you eat eggs or dairy?
my main protein sources are legumes (can you have those? or is it just soy?) and nuts and seeds.
