Nauseous All the Time

Hi! I have been octo- vegetarian for about a year and a half. Recently, I have started feeling nauseous quite a bit during the day.It passes and goes, and can range from not to bad, to oh my gosh I am going to vomit. Is there any medical reason for this? Could I be deficient in some vitamins? All Ideas welcome! Thanks much

You could be intolerant to some food...

Nausea can be caused by many things. I would visit your doctor.

I agree, you should see a doctor, it could any number of things.

Did you mean lacto or ovo vegetarian? Or is that is a creative way to combine the two?
If lacto, have you tried giving up dairy?
Does the nausea come with other symptoms?
