i'm curious if there are any links out there which discuss this topic in depth? im a vegetarian and i workout 3-4 times a week, typically monday, wednesday and friday. i like to think that i eat a balanced diet, i was just wondering if any of you knowledgable folks have a plan that would work into what i'm already doing exercise/diet wise.
my workouts consist of 15 mins of cardio (jumping jacks, or running) and lifting (curls, tricep and upper body workouts) and also various other muscle group workouts (leg lifts, etc.) i have currently started using whey protein as an additive in smoothies which i drink pretty much everyday. any sorts of links to programs or discussions of this topic would make my day!
