Homemade whole-wheat pumpkin "egg nog" waffles and Aztec spice hot chocolate made with almond milk. (I fixed some for my brother and have more baking for my mum who is en route as we speak)

Today is tattoo day again, so I will be eating lunch and dinner out. Chances are it will not be a vegan day.

Breakfast: steel-cut oatmeal with brown sugar and soymilk

Lunch: grilled vegan sandwich from Wild Oat vegetarian restaurant: multigrain bread with black bean spread, sundried tomato tapenade, tahini sauce (I got this instead of cheese), tomatoes, red onions, and sprouts.

Snack: a raw chocolate caramel pecan truffle from Wild Oat.

Snack: a lychee cupcake from Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World. I highly recommend these cupcakes!

Supper: a large salad of spinach, strawberries, pecans, grape tomatoes, and strawberry vinaigrette.

Sounds like my kind of menu for the day, Abbey. But I worked today and only just finished grocery shopping, so mine was less interesting, for sure.

B-More of my tasty homemade pumpkin egg nog waffles w/ protein powder
S- Sample size Raw Rev spirulina cashew bar and some tea
L-Cranberry Apple butter and crunchy raw almond butter on a toasted whole-wheat english muffin, apple, carrot
D-An impromptu veggie stew of sorts: Lentils, rutabaga, cauliflower, carrot, onion, garlic, vegan sour cream and spices in veggie broth
S-Wheat farina with pumpkin, raisins, almond milk and cinnamon.

I keep forgetting to post here!

    - Kashi cereal with soy milk
    - falafel on a pita slice
    - Sun chips
    - Veggie "beef" thingys. I found them at the store one day, new item and they are amazing! Next time I get them I will post the brand name. Super delicious. I had these with some mashed potatoes with vegan butter
    - -random snacking on some vegan chocolate today
    - not sure what I will have tonight for a snack. I think I want an apple with maybe some peanut butter.
