Are you having a discharge from your nipples or your vagina?
Let me start with I have a doctor's appt for a yearly next month...
Background:
I started being vegan about 2 months ago now.I am 27. I was eating meat and went stictly to being vegan - no dairy and no animal products. No white sugar, candy, chocolate, andthing that isn't natural or vegan. That means no soda and back coffee maybe once a week. I am doing great at if, feel great, and have begun to appriciate my body again.
I also used to be on Seasonale birth control - generic version. I have been on this for 2 years now. This last packet I started I bleed for 2 weeks straight, heavy and uncomfortably. So I stopped taking the pills all together and was going to consult my doctor when I went for my exam in march.
I have begun to notice that I am discharing some clear substance. It seems to be like clear glue - not to be gross. It isn't a yeast infection, I know what those are.
I was just looking for input for those who did a total change of diet and might have exprienced something of the same nature. I am sure my body is getting rid of all the bad things I used to eat and wasn't sure if any of it comes out down there.
Thanks![]()

NOT your 'Google Monkey'.

I think it's pretty normal to have a clear discharge in between periods. Natures way of cleaning your uterus.
I should have been more specific, yes my vagina. I haven't had clear discharge like this before, to describe it, its like gooey but clear.
yeah, its probably normal.
a woman's discharge changes thickness and amount throughout the menstrual cycle.
but if it is especially smelly or discolored, definately get it checked out.
That's weird. I've always had discharge since I started puberty. It freaked me out at first because NOBODY TOLD ME. They give us those health classes starting from fourth grade, but they never said anything about discharge.
You should be concerned if it's yellow, or brown, but clear discharge is probably normal. I don't know why you've never had any before. :/
Bleht.
does anyone have to regularly wear a panty-liner because of discharge? I wear one like every day. It's never bad-smelling like there's something wrong, but some days it's thicker than other days, sometime mucous-like, sometimes a bit thicker and more sticky.
(I did a search first, and found this thread, so I thought I might as well add to it, rather than start a new one. Hope that's ok)

A clear discharge is normal for me(although it doesn't seem to be every single day). Just before my period, it becomes a little whitish. That's how I know it's coming..lol
I don't wear panty-liners though. It's not that big of a problem for me
