    Lentil Stew with Masa Dumplings

And Spicy Pumpkin Seeds (no recipe, I think they're pretty self-explanatory, though I DID use the SouthWest Seasoning that our very own "cowgirlup" sent me in the Summer Snack Exchange)

God's original plan was to hang out in a garden with some naked vegetarians.

These may be repeats but I don't think I've posted them here before.
Funnel cake and mini "wellingtons." The latter weren't so good

Everything looks so delicious. cstdat,do you have the chocolate peanut butter pie recipe handy? I tried to make one once and it turned out awful, and didn't look even remotely as pretty as yours. btw, my kitty likes to give things a lick as well.

I loosely based mine off of this. I didn't really measure.

    Awesome Chocolate PB Pie:

    filling:
    1 box mori-nu
powdered sugar (maybe 3/4 to 1 cup)
    peanut butter (about a cup)

I mixed the pb and tofu until there were no more tofu lumps. Chunk pb is so good with this. Add as much sugar as you want, you might want more or less, especially if you use a pb like Skippy that's sweeter than natural.

    crust:
1 1/2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
    2 tbs. soy milk
1/4 cup oil-- this seemed like too much, maybe make it scant or add it by Tbs.
    a couple shakes of salt
2 Tbs. damera sugar (it can be refined, that's just what I had)

Just mix and press this into the pan.

    topping:
melted chocolate mixed with the rest of the peanut butter I had in the jar and a little soy milk to help me sqeeze it out of a ziploc into the pattern. This recipe used an entire jar of natural pb! It's so good.

    Edit:
mine looks messier than normal because I wanted a thick bottom crust so I didn't push it all the way up the sides of the pie plate. So whatever you feel like!

That's not even close to the recipe I tried. Thanks cstadt!
