i'm not sure what you mean by 'actual bleach' but i thought that they generally contained hydrogen peroxide as an active bleaching ingredient (right?) which is vegan- its the other bits in the mixture that i'd be inclined to check on. the manic panic bleaches contain:Do you know whether they contain actual bleach, which is not vegan?
