West Coast Retailers?

If anyone knows of any U.S WEST COAST companies offering the items below via USPS mail - please let me know.

I am currently paying mega bucks in shipping as my suppliers are all located on the east coast (a 4# package costs $10.50 via usps and usually the vendors charge more).

These are the items I buy:
(the vendor doesn't have to carry ALL of them - but these are what I'm looking for)

Millet
Amaranth
Seeds for Sprouting (all kinds but definately Wheat & Alfalfa)
Wheat Gluten Flour
Oats (Steel Cut usually)
Flax Seed
Red Lentils
Basmati Rice
TVP (any kind)
Tahini
Red Star Nutritional Yeast

There's more, but I can't think of them all - these are the basics though.

I finally found one place that does business out of the west coast.

I ordered from them, and they are quick and shipping is reasonable. They have many items.

I recommend them for anyone in the same situation I am.

Sorry -

I work for the government overseas (Japan).

No UPS - everything must come to us USPS.

Shipping is much more affordable to the FPO (federal post office) from the west coast.
