This is my favourite veggie burger. Comes in a box of four in the fridge in the little healthy section of my grocery store. They may only be available in Canada

They are good ... and they are mushy or fall apart like another type I tried once

Don't ask for a recipe, it's just TVP with whatever spices I feel like adding. Mix with hot water, let the TVP suck all the water in, then form into patties and fry on a hot pan (the oven is fine too). Top with heaps of sauteed onion, soy yogurt sauce with fresh cilantro, tomatoes, pickles, ketchup etc. Yum! I usually always make veggie burgers on Mondays.. I really don't know why
