I painted my apartment this weekend. The combination of open windows, paint fumes, and dust did me in.
In my experience the best thing is sleep and forcing as much water down your throat as possible. You get very dehydrated.
After that I boil some grated ginger ( 1 tablespoon per 2 cups of water ) on high for 15 min and drink the stock.
After that all of the citrus fruit, zinc lozenges, and vitamin c drinks I can stand.
Lastly, fresh onions, garlic and cayenne pepper on my food.
If you can leave the bathroom and your breathe doesn't kill people you will be okay![]()
