    Heya, Funk!

Captain, it's feels good to run ahead of pace sometimes, but usually the people I'm running with get irritated at yell at me to slow down

Looks like a very busy schedule, Cissy!

NDvegan, that's a lot of stuff! Yay!

I posted in the other thread but I think I'll do it again just for the fun of it 16 mile bike ride and walking with the dogs.

Hey Hamsters, 3 mile run today!

Awww…sorry your bike broke down Sky…but only 297 miles to goal right! Yay, you're almost there! WooHoo!

Annabanana, you’re really getting some great runs in! Running in the muck is not fun though…bummer. Hope things dry out for you soon. Great bike ride too!

Thanks ND, I’ll be sure to go slow. Great Hamstering!

Linzey, I used to ride my bike w/odometer to map out running trails, and sometimes I would drive the car, now we have a GPS watch so I don’t have to worry about staying on my mapped out paths...it tells me as I go.

    cyk, wow! That’s dedication.

That counts for brownie points in my house, I have 4 cats. With regards to the weight machines…have you tried just going through the machines doing a few reps on each to warm up and then go back to each for the real workout?

Funk!!! WooHoo! Glad to see you back! Awesome as usual!

    Captain, Way to go…..great run!

Cissy, great plan….I need to start posting my weekly plan again! That really helped keep me on schedule.

    IamJen, great workout!

    Go Hamsters!!!

    2 hour walk today.

This week I'm setting up my classroom and finishing up lessons, so I may not do so well in my hamstering... it seems to be the way my summer is going.

Qué voy a hacer, je ne sais pas

Ugh, I've been so lazy the past three days. Tomorrow I have to walk 2 miles or so to school. Basically, all ive done is stretching, and 150 crunches, every day. Wee, exciting.
