I don't think I have an injury. However, sometimes when I go on an extended run (I classify this as more than 5 miles), I get a pain in my right thigh, right where the thigh meets under the buttock. I was wondering if this might be from my gait? Or over-doing it? I finally got some shoes that give me some ankle, and heel support (halleleujah, no more runners' knee) but that cramp/pain feeling still haunts me sometimes. Any ideas, or thoughts? Anyone else have this happen?
Generally, when it does happen to me, it lasts 2-3 days. Climbing stairs does NOT help.
