Hmm, so today all I did was unpack things for hours and get my room in order, so now my back hurts and I am tired. So no hamstering today. I'm hoping to get up early tomorrow for a run.

    Have a great week everyone!
Love the pitcher less and the water more.

    Hi Hamsters!

It's raining here today so I don't know if I'll get out to do any hamstering. Yesterday I did 25 miles on the bike. YTD = 1594 miles.

Just got back from karate and muay thai.
Danced home in the rain yelling at the sky and singing Wiggles' songs.
Will maybe do pushups and crunches before going to bed.

I also may hook up with a chick from training and start running in the mornings again. That'd be cool bananas.
    Love is.

    ^ 6mi run!

I just got back from doing 10 minutes on the treadmill, chest, biceps, abs. and that thing where you open and close your legs with weights.. Someday I will figure out what that thing is called.

I got an exercise ball on Saturday so I have been messing around on that. I am still surprised about the difficulty of some of those exercises. I think I am going to stay off of it for a few days. It doesn't feel particularly nice on my shoulder, which was hurting even before I got the ball, especially when I roll off...

I rode my bike 6 miles home from town today, and it was one of the worst/strangest rides I have ever had. The last 1/4 mile I started feeling really funny. Sorta light headed and my stomach felt really full, which usually happens after I finish a work out. The closer home I got the dizzier I started feeling. I live on a hill and walk the last 1/8 of a mile anyways, but I have never had to stop and sit down, which I ended up doing twice. I didn't feel like puking, but that didn't feel like a bad idea either. It might have been an asthma thing. I used my inhalor when I got home, but don't really think it helped that much. I had to lay down for about half an hour and would feel extremely light headed when I stood up (my cat looked at me funny when I was crawling around). I don't think I went faster than usual, I think I was around 25-30 minutes I feel fine now and am going to try to eat something.
