I got an exercise ball on Saturday so I have been messing around on that. I am still surprised about the difficulty of some of those exercises. I think I am going to stay off of it for a few days. It doesn't feel particularly nice on my shoulder, which was hurting even before I got the ball, especially when I roll off...
I rode my bike 6 miles home from town today, and it was one of the worst/strangest rides I have ever had. The last 1/4 mile I started feeling really funny. Sorta light headed and my stomach felt really full, which usually happens after I finish a work out. The closer home I got the dizzier I started feeling. I live on a hill and walk the last 1/8 of a mile anyways, but I have never had to stop and sit down, which I ended up doing twice. I didn't feel like puking, but that didn't feel like a bad idea either. It might have been an asthma thing. I used my inhalor when I got home, but don't really think it helped that much. I had to lay down for about half an hour and would feel extremely light headed when I stood up (my cat looked at me funny when I was crawling around). I don't think I went faster than usual, I think I was around 25-30 minutes I feel fine now and am going to try to eat something.
Killing innocent people is the problem, not the solution
