Only 6 miles today. We are running a half marathon in San Diego next weekend.

Well, unless packing counts as exercise, I have nothing to post. ::sigh:: I'm off to Kansas tomorrow morning!! I promise to walk around a lot, and, if I can fit them in my little carryon, I'm going to bring my running shoes.

    Have a great week, hamsters!!!

    Mskedi, have a great trip!

Flower, nice looking day! Hehe. It was nice to have a slower weekend for once.

    Slow weekend for the hamsters?

5 miles running fast today. But I forgot to bring my inhaler with me so the last mile or so was slower. If the rain holds off I'll go for a 12-mile bike ride later and do some weights.

Karate last night, and we were supposed to do a muay thai class but the instructor was away (class was taken by senior student) so we slacked off and basically practised handstands, cartwheels etc for an hour. Fun

    Love is.

Saturday I played 8 games of volleyball and dove for ~30 min.

Yesterday was a 4 mile run that was supposed to be longer, but my shin started to hurt really badly. So I stopped sooner and rode my bike for 6 miles.

Haven't decided for tonight. It's too cold to swim and I need to give my leg a break.

Love the pitcher less and the water more.
