Sorry to drag up a bit of an old thread, but just wanted to ask, when you say "grazing", what exactly do you mean by it?
3 meals and 2-3 snacks, or eating mini meals every so often, or small meals + 1-2 snacks bewtween?

I graze, but I keep aware of the overall amount of food (calories) I'm consuming. If I'm on the high side for the day, my last "meal" will be a cup of steamed broccoli instead of whatever else I had planned.
If you're a student, a small bag with carrots & celery might be the only thing you can do between classes.

For me, it varies. I tend to graze on the weekend and eat three meals during the work week.
I need something or other every hour to eat, i can't stay without grazing even an hour. though i don't have 6abs pack but i am fit .
Wow, I guess this really is testament to how every body is differentWhich is actually quite nice to know what with standard health and dietary advice being doled out every which way . Guess it's best to do what works for YOU.
