I finally got him to eat (and like) tempeh!

I've been trying a lot of new recipes lately, and got my bf (who is as close to a carnivore as possible) to eat some tempeh tacos. I've given him tempeh a few other times and he hated it, but he LOVED these. Never thought it would happen. He was eating chicken and actually decided my tacos were better and stopped eating the chicken for them. He wants them again this week. WIN.

Yeah they were really good. I make tempeh at least once a week and it didn't take much like tempeh. It tasted like the spices it was mixed with.
