Here's a protein smoothie i make every now and then, this assumes you're ok with eggs & dairy
1 scoop protein powder (22 grams)
1 cup soy milk (9 grams)
1/2 to 1 cup of egg whites (14-28 grams)
1 yogurt container (2-3 grams)
1 cup of berries of choice
1/2 avocado
