    See there you go! You just opened up a doorway to a whole bunch of new options. Let's see what filling options we can brainstorm for you:

    cucumbers
    carrots
    avocado
    marinated eggplant/zucchini
    spinach
    cooked butternut squash (hmm...)

    I could even add tempura fried green beans. Not really the healthiest option, but sure would be delish!

    They should be good. I Love sushi as well! The restaurant I go to has a wonderful breaded and deep friend tofu......to DIE for! (I don't know what it's called though) try experimenting with the veggie ones or even make your own sushi at home!! You never know what you will find out!

    I had some sushi with sun dried tomato in it num!

    I really want to get a sushi kit and start making it myself.

    Anxieties run high in these here parts.
