    The seitan or the Quorn?
If you're in the UK then Quorn is available as pretty much every supermarket going, I think it tends to be in the ready meals aisle, although sometimes in the meat section uke:. They also do frozen stuff, which will be in the veggie foods freezer.

You can get ready-made seitan at healthy food shops and ethnic food stores, in a tin with some kind of falvouring and marinade already added.

If you're not in the UK then I think seitan may be easier to find or make (using vital wheat gluten) but I'm not too sure about Quorn, although I would imagine it's in the US at least, though I may be wrong (anyone know?).

Greesy goodness!!!! Canned mushroom gravy though? Where do you buy that? Health food store or in the "canned" part of the grocery?
The healthfood store wouldn't touch that w/ a 10' pole...lol I just get it next to all the other canned gravies at the grocery store.

Since you're not vegan (I think?) I recommend the gruyere stuffed Quorn patties with dijon on a bun. I don't eat them anymore but they used to be a really yummy junk food treat for me. A friend was just telling me that the LiteLife "chicken strips" are really good and he's a meat eater so I'm guessing they're really chicken like. He used them in a stir-fry.

Over the years I have found myself feeling weak over a sizzling grilled sirloin. The smell I guess gets me. I have taken a bite a few times. Its not as good as I recall it being and it gives me a revolting feeling (the grease and irony blood taste)so I cant swallow. Some things are just better left in the past.

I guess its those things we never noticed before but now that our bodies' are "pure" we can REALLY taste the blood and everything else. I don't necessarily miss meat, I just don't want to eat it again so vegetarian alternatives are always good!
