As with humans, female eggplants have "innies" and male eggplants have "outies" hehe

My motto regarding food is, "If I can choke it down and it's vegan, it's delicious because I'm not going to get anything else."

Seriously, though, my recent experiments with soy cheese haven't been wonderful. Tofutti's was just awful and Teese was somewhat better but still definitely not worth the price. From what I've read about it tofu production it sounds like it's the soy parallel to cheese, which probably explains why it's so much better.

He bought sweetened by mistake.

Ive done that. Sweetened vanilla soymilk to make white sauce..my lasagne tasted like it was coated in custard!

I cook a lot of terrible things, a load of tomato ketchup or a jar of domlio pasta sauce works wonders on almost everything. then add lots of tabasco so the burning hides the fail, tadaa!

Sometimes I'll find a vegan recipe for something I used to eat and I'll make it and it won't turn out like it used to taste (probably because it's vegan and won't taste the same anyways) and that kinda sucks.

Not too long ago I picked up a spaghetti squash. I hadn't had one in years and was thrilled. Unfortunately I seasoned it wrong and it was horrible. I tried choking it down to no avail. I think it was a combo of too strong an olive oil with fake pasta cheese. Bleck!

I always mess up eggplant. Either bitter or added to much oil because those suckers soak it all up!
