I've only tried the chicken cutlets, but man, it was scary how close to the real thing it was! So delicious, though.

Its important to note that a segment of the population cannot eat Quorn as a number of people have violent gastronitestinal reaction to Quorn. (more here: http://www.cspinet.org/quorn/ but most people seem to be able to digest it with no problem.
I didnt have that reaction from above to Quorn but I had other issues....I learned after I ate it what it was and I had a severe allergic reaction to it....I am severely allergic to mushrooms and I know its not exactly mushroom but close enough to hurt me severely.

How can companies say free range chickens when they're not? That just pissed me off about Quorn. I'm not eating it

Quorn chik'n = BEST FOOD ITEM EVER! I'm exactly with Nicole, I missed the texture and flavor of meat when I became a vegetarian. I didn't discover Quorn until a year ago when I found the Quorn Turk'y Roast at Henry's. I hated Tofurky and was looking for something new. I love to bake the nuggets and eat them with honey or BBQ. I mix the tenders with every kind of sauce you can imagine. Lemon Pepper spice with tenders is sooo good too. They cook like chicken, so it's SO easy to substitute in recipes. Here are some pictures of Quorn:

BBQ Chik'n Pizza (that dough, prebaked slightly, plus BBQ sauce, chik'n tenders, mozzarella, and cilantro):

Sweet and Sour Chik'n (just mix in cut up pineapple):

Don't feel stupid because that's EXACTLY how I ate them at first too

    Here's the recipe: http://www.veggieboards.com/boards/s...d.php?t=103393

I only posted pictures of my favorite meals, they are all Heather approved I made that pizza last night and it's one of my favorite meals ever. I use a pizza stone to make it super crispy. It doesn't come out greasy like Pizza Hut.

I already had dinner tonight and I'm looking at the pictures, remembering how good the food is. I can't get enough Quorn!
